Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram & Bhiwadi for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will handle troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, perform maintenance and repair tasks for Kärcher equipment, and provide technical support to clients. Additional responsibilities include conducting field service visits, ensuring proper operation of equipment, and effectively communicating with customers to provide guidance and assistance on the use and care of Kärcher products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service to diagnose and address equipment issues onsite
• Strong skills in Technical Support to assist clients and resolve technical concerns
• Expertise in Maintenance and Repair work for cleaning technology equipment
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and provide clear, professional support
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
• Familiarity with industrial or commercial cleaning equipment is an advantage
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to extensive travel as part of the role requirements
