Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role based in Delhi, India. The Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair biomedical or related technical equipment at customer sites, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable performance. Responsibilities include performing routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing technical faults, and carrying out timely corrective actions. The role involves field visits, documenting service activities, maintaining accurate service records, and coordinating with internal teams for parts, escalations, and technical support. The Service Technician will interact directly with customers, provide basic user training on equipment handling, and follow all safety and regulatory guidelines while working on-site.
Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance, with the ability to perform both preventive and corrective work on equipment.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions in the field.
• Experience in Field Service, including on-site visits, equipment installations, and responsive support at customer locations.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.
• Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
• Willingness to travel within the region, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with safety standards, quality procedures, and basic IT skills for service reporting and documentation.
