ServiceNow Developer Full Time NEW

We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant / Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on CSM, along with ITSM, SPM, and Security Operations.

Experience: 8+ years (relevant in Servicenow Development)

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

What You’ll Do

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications across CSM, ITSM, SPM, and SecOps
• Build and automate workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations and work with CMDB
• Enhance Service Portal and UI Builder components
• Partner with cross‑functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and support UAT & platform enhancements

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development/admin experience (strong CSM focus)
• Hands-on expertise with Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases
• Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture
• ServiceNow CSA or CSM Certification (CAD is a plus)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
