Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Shift Engineer role located in Bengaluru. The Shift Engineer will oversee the operation and maintenance of machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment within the assigned facility. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and addressing repairs promptly. The role also involves collaborating with the maintenance team to optimize equipment performance and support seamless operational activities.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems, including HVAC, generators, and electrical equipment
• Experience with troubleshooting and performing routine and preventive maintenance
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and protocols
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to support operational needs
• Prior experience in facility management and engineering is advantageous
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
