Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Incharge, located in Hyderabad. The Shift Incharge will oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, coordinate team activities, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained during assigned shifts. Responsibilities also include monitoring workflows, addressing operational challenges, supervising staff, and ensuring optimal resource utilization to meet organizational targets. This role requires excellent leadership and decision-making abilities to drive performance and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and guide teams effectively.
• Proficiency in production planning, operation management, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and resolve operational challenges promptly.
