We are looking for a Shopify & Social Media Executive to manage our ecommerce operations and social media activities. The role involves handling product uploads, inventory updates, Shopify management, ecommerce marketplace coordination, and executing social media posting schedules.
Minimum experience — 1 to 2 years
Salary — 15K
Key Responsibilities
Add products to Shopify with complete details, descriptions, pricing, size charts, and images.
Ensure proper mapping and functioning of Shopify apps and integrations.
Make required updates and changes to Shopify products, categories, collections, and website banners.
Update and maintain accurate inventory on Shopify.
Upload and update product details on other ecommerce portals and marketplaces.
Coordinate and maintain product data consistency across all platforms.
Follow the Instagram and YouTube posting schedule consistently.
Upload Instagram stories and ensure regular social media activity.
Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives, captions, and campaign execution.
Monitor product listings and ensure all information is accurate and updated.
Assist in executing online campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Shopify platform and ecommerce operations.
Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and social media management.
Good understanding of product uploads, inventory handling, and catalog management.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of Canva or editing tools is an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in ecommerce.
