Role Purpose

We are looking for a proactive Shopify & Website Growth Executive who can manage our Shopify store, maintain website content, improve search visibility, and support digital channel growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce operations, website hygiene, SEO basics, product uploads, inventory updates, and lead generation through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store and company website.
• Upload new products with proper titles, descriptions, images, pricing, tags, variants, and collections.
• Maintain accurate product inventory and coordinate stock updates with internal teams.
• Add, format, and publish blogs on the website as per the content calendar.
• Monitor website health, page speed, broken links, redirects, and basic technical SEO issues.
• Track domain authority, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
• Work on improving domain authority through SEO hygiene, backlink opportunities, content updates, and listing submissions.
• Support on-page SEO for product pages, collection pages, blogs, meta titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and image alt text.
• Explore and suggest ways to grow the digital channel and generate more qualified leads.
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, developers, agencies, and internal teams when required.
• Track website leads, inquiry sources, conversion patterns, and campaign performance.
• Maintain website banners, landing pages, offers, and seasonal updates.
• Research competitors, industry keywords, content ideas, and digital growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly reports on website updates, product uploads, SEO progress, traffic, leads, and pending tasks.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Shopify.
• Basic understanding of SEO, domain authority, keywords, backlinks, and website optimization.
• Ability to upload and manage products accurately.
• Comfortable working with blogs, images, categories, collections, and website pages.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword/SEO tools.
• Good written English for product descriptions, blog formatting, and website content checks.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for inventory and reporting.
• Proactive mindset toward digital growth and lead generation.

Good To Have

• Experience with Shopify apps, landing page tools, or basic HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or CRM tools.
• Experience in paid ads coordination with agencies.
• Understanding of home automation, AV, interiors, electronics, or luxury products.
• Ability to create basic creatives using Canva or similar tools.

They should be able to manage routine website tasks consistently while also thinking about how the website can generate more traffic, improve authority, and convert visitors into leads. This person should be comfortable owning the digital storefront and coordinating with teams to keep it updated, accurate, and growth-oriented.
