Showroom Executive Full Time

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers visiting the showroom and assist them professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Handle billing coordination, order processing, and follow-up with customers.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, display arrangement, and product presentation.
• Manage stock information and coordinate with the inventory team when required.
• Attend customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
• Support promotional activities and showroom marketing campaigns.
• Ensure proper communication and teamwork with staff and management.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Smart personality with customer-handling ability.
• Sales and negotiation skills preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
