What you will be doing
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director to join our organization and
play a pivotal role in transforming the education landscape of our country. You will
work closely with our local and international teams, to ensure the implementation of
the radical educational model, manage the different members of the POSSPOLE
CATALYST team, and organize and maintain and develop relationships with different
local partners.
Your main responsibilities will be:
● Ensure the correct implementation of the educational model
● Boost talents’ success focused on personal development.
● Propose recommendations for the development of the Talent ́s path.
● Develop and manage partnerships with different stakeholders (public and
private).
● Develop commercial offers by mobilizing the appropriate resources and
monitoring their implementation.
● Manage funds according to defined procedures.
● Manage Posspole Catalyst P&L.
● Collaborate with local and central teams for the development of Posspole
Catalyst
● Lead, manage, attract, develop, and motivate the team.
● Monitor and report business KPIs and propose improvement/action plans
when necessary.

Experience and Skills we are looking for
● A Management or relevant field background.
● Minimum of 5 years experience in similar functions.
● Experience in managing projects within a multidisciplinary team.
● Strong and transversal understanding of the digital transformation, ecosystem
and new technologies.
● Experience in the creation and management of a digital project with different
stakeholders (Public and Private sectors).
● Knowledge and understanding of educational pedagogy.
● Experience in an environment using peer to peer (P2P) learning is a plus.
● Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the labour and training sector.
● Strong leadership and Management skills, inspiring trust, passion with a strong
sense of ethics.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in combination with technical
savvy to make good decisions in a dynamic environment.
● Ability to identify trends and develop a clear and compelling vision for the
future.
● Strong autonomy and decision-making capacity.
● Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
with attention to detail.
● Strong collaboration skills and capable of mobilizing around a common goal.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
● Proactivity, dynamism and adaptability to change.
● Good command of the Microsoft Office / Google Suite pack and other digital
solutions such as CRM, and dashboards, among others.
● Good command of the English language & any one other language
