Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer with a strong background in the windows, doors, or façade industry to manage end-to-end execution of on-site projects.

The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to design specifications, maintaining timelines, and delivering high-quality installations while upholding safety standards.

Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution

• Manage the complete lifecycle of site activities from initiation to final handover
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor progress, timelines, and quality; escalate risks proactively
• Site Management
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site workforce
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports
• Maintain quality standards in materials and workmanship
• Installation Supervision
• Oversee installation of doors, windows, and façade systems
• Guide teams on technical execution and best practices
• Manage on-site measurements, alignments, and adjustments
• Ensure installations align with drawings and client expectations
• Design & Documentation
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and construction blueprints
• Coordinate with design and production teams for clarifications
• Maintain documentation: site reports, installation records, and timelines
• Technical Support & Coordination
• Provide technical inputs during site meetings
• Resolve on-site challenges and suggest improvements
• Conduct team briefings and training when required
• Vendor Coordination & Procurement
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely material delivery
• Track material usage, stock, and site requirements
• Prevent delays, shortages, and wastage
• Quality Control & Assurance
• Perform regular quality inspections during installation
• Prepare snag lists and quality reports
• Ensure zero-defect project delivery and high client satisfaction

Candidate Profile Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Certification in construction/project management (preferred)

Experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience managing multiple sites/projects simultaneously
• Experience in façade / fenestration projects is highly preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and construction layouts
• Strong command over MS Excel and project tracking tools
• Knowledge of installation methods for façade, windows, and doors
