Role Summary
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused LinkedIn Growth Specialist to lead and scale our LinkedIn presence through high-quality content, audience growth, personal branding, and inbound lead generation.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing LinkedIn growth systems from the ground up — including content strategy, audience research, content planning, outreach workflows, and performance optimization. You will work closely with the team to strengthen brand authority, grow engagement, and generate meaningful business opportunities through organic LinkedIn marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how modern B2B audiences engage on LinkedIn, knows how to create content that drives conversations, and can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to achieve long-term growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience growing LinkedIn presence for a marketing agency or B2B company
· Demonstrated success generating real inbound leads and business conversations organically through LinkedIn
· Ability to present measurable case studies with before/after growth metrics (followers, reach, engagement, inbound leads)
· Experience with B2B, technical, industrial, or international markets preferred
· Understanding of Western and international B2B audiences and buyer psychology
· Relevant certifications in LinkedIn, content, or digital marketing (proof required)
· Strong written English skills (B2 level or above) with natural, native-style LinkedIn writing
· Proficiency in Canva and/or Figma for LinkedIn visual content creation
· Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and growth tools such as Shield, Taplio, or similar
Must-Have Skills:
· Build LinkedIn content and growth strategies from scratch
· Conduct audience research, persona development, and competitor analysis
· Create native English LinkedIn content across multiple formats (text posts, carousels, polls, documents, video)
· Understand LinkedIn algorithm behavior, engagement patterns, hashtags, and content optimization
· Build structured content pipelines and topic lists based on audience pain points
· Track, analyze, and optimize LinkedIn performance metrics
· Develop personalized LinkedIn outreach and lead generation systems
· Write effective connection requests, DMs, and IceBreaker messages
· Understand LinkedIn outreach limits and best practices for organic growth
· Drive long-term, systematic LinkedIn growth focused on inbound visibility and lead generation
Tools & Platforms
LinkedIn Analytics, Shield, Taplio (or similar LinkedIn growth tools), Canva, Figma, and related content planning or analytics tools.
