Social Care Worker Full Time

We are seeking a well-groomed, compassionate, and dedicated Social Care Worker to support and care for elderly individuals.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent understanding of English and Hindi
• Well-spoken in English with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, patient, and empathetic attitude towards elderly care
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and pleasant personality
• Ability to build trust and maintain respectful relationships with older adults and their families
• Responsible, caring, and attentive to the physical, emotional, and social needs of elderly individuals

Preferred Skills & Qualities:

• Previous experience in elderly care, caregiving, social work, nursing assistance, or related fields is preferred
• Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to provide companionship, support, and assistance with daily activities when required
• A caring mindset with commitment to dignity, respect, and quality of care

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate support and companionship to elderly individuals
• Assist in promoting emotional well-being, comfort, and social engagement
• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and family members
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive care environment
