Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Ads Manager for an on-site role located in Bengaluru North. The Social Media Ads Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include developing ad strategies, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing campaign data, and refining campaigns to maximize ROI. The role also involves conducting market research, collaborating with creative teams for ad content, and staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media advertising.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
• Strong skills in data analysis, campaign tracking, and performance reporting
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization techniques
• Experience in A/B testing and performance-driven design strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Familiarity with tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in paid social media advertising
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends and technologies
