Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Creative Social Media Executive role based in Worli. The person in this role will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience growth. Daily tasks include writing and editing posts, coordinating visual assets with design teams, scheduling campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics. The role also involves managing community interactions, responding to comments and messages, and identifying opportunities to increase engagement. The Creative Social Media Executive will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align social media initiatives with broader business goals and campaign calendars.

Qualifications:

• Strong social media skills, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Excellent Writing and Communication skills for clear, engaging, and on-brand content.
• Experience or knowledge in Media Planning to support effective campaign scheduling and platform selection.
• Staying updated with the Gen Z trends that are going on right now
• Understanding of social media analytics, trends, and best practices across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
• Ability to generate creative concepts, adapt tone for different audiences, and work with visual content (images, short videos, reels).
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, social media, or a similar role; experience with marketplace or housing platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
