Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Social Media Brand Face/Manager.

The role involves being the on-camera and online representative of the brand across major social media platforms, including creating and presenting engaging video and visual content.

The Social Media Brand Face/Manager will plan and execute social media campaigns, manage posting calendars, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice and persona. Day-to-day tasks include scripting and filming short-form content, collaborating with internal teams for campaign ideas, analyzing engagement metrics, and optimizing content based on performance. The role also includes coordinating with designers and marketing colleagues, staying current with social media trends, and ensuring brand guidelines are followed in all public-facing interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, with the ability to plan and execute platform-specific campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including on-camera presence, basic video editing, and storytelling for short-form and long-form content.
• Marketing knowledge to align social media activities with broader brand and business goals.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken communication, professional online interaction, and concise written messaging.
• Comfortable being the visible “face” of the brand across platforms, with a confident and professional on-screen demeanor.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics, generate insights, and adjust strategy based on performance data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience handling content calendars and multiple simultaneous campaigns.
• Prior experience in a social media, influencer, or brand ambassador role is preferred; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.

Requirements:

• Social Media Marketing skills
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• MBA in Finance, Banking, Economics, Taxation, or related field or BCom/ CA completed
• Competence in Content Strategy and Writing
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong financial literacy
• Fluency in English & Hindi
• Excellent public speaking and camera confidence
