About The Role:

Shills Professional is looking for highly creative, trend-driven, and performance-oriented social media professionals who can build and scale brand presence across social media platforms through strategic content planning, campaign execution, influencer collaborations, and digital brand storytelling.

Candidates should have strong beauty/fashion/FMCG marketing experience with deep understanding of social media growth, viral trends, campaign execution, content strategy, and audience engagement.

Open Role Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing Strategist / Manager:

• Build and execute complete social media growth strategies

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms

• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies

• Create viral marketing ideas and trend-based content strategies

• Coordinate with creative designers, editors, influencers, and content creators

• Plan and execute product launch campaigns and promotional activities

• Manage influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns

• Develop engagement, reach, and follower growth strategies

• Coordinate with performance marketing teams for ad creatives and campaign alignment

• Work on social media branding, storytelling, and audience building

• Analyze platform insights, engagement metrics, ROI, and campaign performance

• Plan exhibition, event, festive, and seasonal marketing campaigns

• Monitor competitor trends, social media trends, and viral content opportunities

• Build high-converting campaign ideas for beauty, skincare, makeup, haircare, and nail art products

• Strong communication, branding, and storytelling skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and fast-paced marketing activities

• Strong understanding of audience psychology and engagement strategies
