Role Description This is a full-time, remote Social Media Content Creator (Intern) role focused on supporting TalesByDora’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The intern will create and schedule engaging posts (graphics, short videos, stories, and captions) that reflect the brand’s voice and inspire travel. Daily tasks include researching travel trends and destinations, brainstorming content ideas, and repurposing existing material into platform-optimized formats (e.g., Reels, TikToks, carousels). The role involves community engagement through responding to comments and messages, monitoring audience feedback, and supporting basic social media analytics and reporting. The intern will collaborate with the core team to align content with campaigns, promotions, and upcoming tours, while maintaining a consistent and inclusive brand identity.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing clear, engaging captions and storytelling tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Basic visual content skills, such as simple photo/video editing, familiarity with tools like Canva or similar, and an eye for travel-focused aesthetics.
• Ability to research travel topics, trends, and destinations and translate findings into compelling, accurate social posts.
• Interest in digital marketing and social media strategy, including understanding of audience engagement, hashtags, and content scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and grammar.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Genuine passion for travel, curiosity about global cultures, and willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Tourism, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
