About the Role

We’re looking for a highly proactive and trend-savvy Social Media Executive who can independently manage content creation end-to-end. This role requires someone who understands platform dynamics, can execute quickly, and consistently deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality short-form videos using a smartphone (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Plan, create, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Manage and execute a fast-paced content calendar with quick turnaround times
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and strong CTAs to drive engagement
• Optimize content using relevant keywords, hashtags, and platform best practices
• Develop basic scripts and content ideas aligned with current trends
• Design static posts and creatives using tools like Canva or similar platforms
• Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and trend awareness
• Track content performance and optimize based on insights
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media/content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content strategies
• Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.)
• Knowledge of Adobe software suite is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Working knowledge of design tools (Canva or equivalent)
• Strong copywriting skills(captions, hooks, CTAs, keywords)
• Ability to multitask and deliver consistently in a high-speed environment
• Good communication and creative thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or scaling brand social media accounts
• On-camera confidence or experience directing shoots
• Understanding of meme culture and viral content trends
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking.
