Your job is to make people:

• pause
• feel something shift
• question how they think

Without ever “explaining too much.”

Core Responsibilities

• Translate complex ideas like intent, misalignment, drift, decision clarity into short-form content
• Design scroll-stopping hooks that don’t feel like marketing
• Build a distinct visual + narrative language for Oratrixa
• Create content across:
• LinkedIn (primary)
• Instagram (aesthetic + emotional)
• Short-form video (Reels)
• Youtube and Instagram Podcasts
• X Branding
• Turn deep concepts into:
• 1-line truths
• visual metaphors
• Maintain tone:
• calm
• sharp
• slightly unsettling (in a good way)

Avoid:

• cringe GenZ slang
• over-explaining
• “AI startup” vibes 

What Success Looks Like (Non-Negotiable)

People should comment things like:

• “I felt this but never knew how to say it”
• “This is uncomfortable but true”
• “What exactly is this?”

Not:

• “Great post”
• “Amazing AI tool”
