Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Social Media Designer role based in Nagpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Social Media Designer will plan and create visually compelling content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual identity and campaign goals. Daily responsibilities include designing static posts, carousels, short-form video assets (e.g., Reels covers, thumbnails), and promotional banners for safari packages and expeditions. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to understand tour highlights, curate imagery, and develop visual stories that engage wildlife enthusiasts and drive inquiries and bookings. The designer will also adapt creatives for different formats, maintain content calendars, and track the performance of visual assets to inform future design decisions.
Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills, including Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing social media and digital campaigns.
• Ability to develop and apply cohesive visual identities, including Branding and Logo Design, across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design to create clear, readable, and impactful social media creatives.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
• Understanding of social media best practices, formats, and trends, especially for visually driven platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, content, and operations teams.
• Prior experience in travel, tourism, wildlife, or related creative industries is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
