Key Responsibilities

· Create and manage engaging social media content using Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and other digital platforms

· ⁠Design banners, promotional posts, and marketing creatives using Canva and editing tools

· ⁠Schedule and manage social media posts, campaigns, and audience engagement

· ⁠Respond to customer inquiries professionally through social media, email, and website channels

· Manage website updates, product listings, banners, and promotional content

· ⁠Support online sales growth through effective social media and marketing strategies

· ⁠Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer engagement within the UK market

· ⁠Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches

· ⁠Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

· ⁠Support daily eCommerce and digital marketing operations

Requirements

· ⁠1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or eCommerce

· ⁠Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory

· ⁠Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media platforms

· ⁠Good understanding of eCommerce websites and online marketplaces

· ⁠Knowledge of digital marketing, online advertising, and social media growth strategies

· ⁠Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

· ⁠Professional customer service and communication skills

· ⁠Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently

Preferred Skills

· ⁠Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar eCommerce platforms

· ⁠Graphic design and video editing skills

· ⁠Understanding of UK customer expectations and online shopping trends
