As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Editor to join our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Editor who can manage and create engaging digital content across multiple platforms. The role involves video editing, designing social media creatives, creating thumbnails, and managing visual content for academic and promotional purposes. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Edit educational videos, lectures, reels, shorts, and podcast clips for social media platforms
• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, and promotional creatives
• Create attractive YouTube thumbnails and visual assets for academic content
• Work closely with the content and marketing team to maintain brand consistency
• Add overlays, transitions, subtitles, and graphics to video content
• Manage and organize digital media files and content calendars
• Stay updated with current social media and content trends to improve engagement
• Assist in creating visually appealing educational content for UPSC aspirants

Skills Required

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator
• Understanding of social media content formats and trends
• Creativity and strong attention to detail
• Good sense of aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
