Social Media Engagement Manager (Remote) Full Time

We’re looking for a Social Media Engagement Manager to help grow client brands through daily engagement on X/Twitter and LinkedIn.

This role is simple:
Every day, you’ll engage with targeted accounts and ideal customers by leaving thoughtful, high-quality comments that feel natural, relevant, and human.

What You’ll Do

• Leave 30–40 comments daily from client accounts
• Engage with founders, operators, marketers, e-commerce brands, and media personalities
• Start conversations that increase visibility, trust, and inbound attention
• Stay active on trends, conversations, and viral topics within marketing/e-commerce Twitter & LinkedIn

Requirements

• Excellent written English (this is non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of internet culture, Gen Z humor/slang, and social media trends
• Able to write comments that feel authentic, witty, insightful, or conversational, depending on the context
• Familiar with the digital marketing world, especially:
• Google Ads
• E-commerce
• DTC brands
• Funnels/conversion
• Able to understand tone quickly and adapt to different client voices

Time Commitment

• Around 1–2 hours per day
• Fully remote
• Flexible working hours as long as engagement gets done consistently

Ideal Candidate

You’re probably someone who:

• Is chronically online in a good way
• Understands what makes posts blow up
• Knows how to network through comments
• Can make engaging replies without sounding robotic or cringe
