What you’ll own
- End-to-end social for Blavoc and/or client accounts: strategy → calendar → publishing → community → reporting
- Planning and scheduling across IG, YouTube, LinkedIn & X
- Writing captions, briefing/sourcing creative, holding brand voice steady
- Community management, comments, DMs, turning followers into fans
- Performance tracking + clear monthly recaps (insights, not just numbers)
- Spotting trends early and moving on them fast
Success in your first 90 days
- Consistent posting cadence with zero missed slots
- Follower + engagement-rate growth on managed accounts
- Faster community response times
- Clean, useful monthly reporting
Who you are
- 1–3 years running social accounts professionally
- Native platform knowledge + strong copywriting
- Organised enough to never miss a slot; equal parts creative & data-aware
