Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative individual to manage social media activities while providing executive-level personal assistance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Own and manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other key platforms
• Plan, schedule, and publish content that maintains a consistent brand voice and cadence
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions promptly and professionally
• Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm shifts to maximize content reach and engagement

Community & Brand Engagement

• Build and nurture authentic relationships with the online community and key audience segments
• Act as the voice of the brand across all digital touchpoints with warmth and professionalism
• Identify community feedback and surface relevant insights to the broader team

Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Track key performance metrics across platforms and compile regular performance reports
• Analyze audience behavior, engagement trends, and campaign outcomes
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement

Executive Operations & Coordination

• Manage the executive’s schedule, priorities, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Coordinate across stakeholders, vendors, and teams to keep projects and commitments on track
• Handle time-sensitive operational tasks with discretion, ownership, and a solutions-first mindset
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal coordination and day-to-day workflow management

• Solid working knowledge of major social platforms and digital content tools

Strong communication

• Excellent written and verbal skills across formal and informal registers

Organized & deadline-driven

• Exceptional at juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball

• Note: This role requires a high degree of trust, discretion, and ownership. You will work closely with leadership and are expected to operate with minimal supervision. The ability to context-switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution is essential.
