About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with a strong focus on YouTube content management and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing YouTube channels, optimizing content performance, driving audience engagement, and supporting overall social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize YouTube channels to improve reach, engagement, and subscriber growth.
• Upload, schedule, and publish videos while ensuring proper formatting and branding.
• Create compelling video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists.
• Conduct keyword research and implement YouTube SEO best practices.
• Monitor channel performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
• Track key metrics such as views, watch time, subscriber growth, CTR, and audience retention.
• Coordinate with video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure timely content delivery.
• Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
• Engage with the audience through comments, community posts, and channel interactions.
• Assist in managing other social media platforms when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, YouTube Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Good understanding of YouTube Studio and YouTube Analytics.
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO, content optimization, and audience growth strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of video editing and thumbnail creation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing educational, informational, or creator-led YouTube channels.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.
• Understanding of content planning and social media trends.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from performance data.
