Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager cum Content Developer who can own our social media presence end-to-end. This role requires someone who can plan and execute a complete social media content calendar, drive organic brand growth and engagement, and collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to build effective, conversion-led content strategies using AI-powered tools.

The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, planner, and growth thinker.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Own and manage day-to-day operations of all social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, create, and maintain a comprehensive monthly and quarterly content calendar aligned with brand and business goals.
• Publish consistent, high-quality content and optimize posting schedules for maximum reach and engagement.
• Drive organic growth, engagement, community interaction, and brand recall.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to keep content relevant and timely.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and refine strategies accordingly.

Content Development & Brand Building

• Develop engaging content formats including captions, posts, reels, stories, carousels, short-form videos, and blogs (where required).
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to bring content ideas to life.
• Build long-term brand equity through consistent storytelling and messaging.

E-commerce Content Strategy Support

• Work closely with the e-commerce team to support – Product launches, Campaign content, Product storytelling and positioning
• Help create content frameworks for product pages, social commerce, and performance marketing.
• Use available AI tools to ideate, draft, optimize, and scale content efficiently (copies, captions, scripts, concepts).
• Adapt content based on user insights, funnel stages, and conversion goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, or similar role handling.
• Strong understanding of content planning, social media algorithms, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent content development skills (copywriting, ideation, storytelling).
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization (text, ideas, workflows).
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience working with e-commerce or D2C brands in USA market

Nice to Have

• Exposure to performance marketing and funnel-based content.
• Basic understanding of SEO and social commerce.
• Experience coordinating with influencers or creator-led content.
• Familiarity with content management and scheduling tools.
