Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Handler role based in Bhopal. The Social Media Handler will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across various social media platforms. Key tasks include crafting engaging content, scheduling posts, responding to audience interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and creating social media strategies aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing teams and help establish a cohesive brand voice online.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Content creation and curation skills, including copywriting and graphic design knowledge
• Experience in analyzing social media metrics and generating actionable performance insights
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and audience engagement strategies
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving digital trends and audience behaviors
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in real estate marketing or related industries is a plus
