Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Head based in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for leading the social media strategy, managing the content team, and ensuring consistent brand growth across platforms.

The role includes planning campaigns, managing content calendars, supervising content creation, tracking performance metrics, studying Instagram and YouTube analytics, coordinating with designers and video editors, and ensuring all content aligns with brand goals.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling social media for educational brands and should understand both strategy and execution.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media analytics

• Experience in managing social media teams and content workflows

• Ability to plan, consolidate, and execute content calendars

• Experience working with educational brands is preferred

• Basic understanding of design and video editing

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, and analytics platforms

• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills

• Knowledge of marketing campaigns, public relations, and market research

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
