Position Overview

The role is responsible for leading paid and organic social media for iTCart, with a focus on performance-driven campaigns, B2B brand building and community engagement across channels like LinkedIn and Meta. The position requires strong skills in campaign strategy, analytics, and content coordination to drive awareness, demand and employer brand for an AI-first enterprise company.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant platforms.
• Align social media plans with marketing and business goals (brand, demand, hiring).
• Build monthly/quarterly social media calendars and campaign plans.

Paid Campaign Management

• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn / Meta / Google (where relevant).
• Manage budgets, targeting, creatives and pacing to achieve campaign objectives.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy and audiences to improve performance.

Organic Growth & Community Management

• Drive consistent posting, engagement and follower growth on key channels.
• Respond to comments, messages and community touchpoints in a professional manner.
• Support employer branding and founder/leadership visibility on social.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, leads, applications, etc.).
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for the marketing team and leadership.
• Recommend data-backed improvements to content, channels and campaign mix.

Collaboration & Governance

• Work closely with content writers, designers and recruiters for assets and messaging.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform policies and internal guidelines.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools and best practices relevant to B2B/AI.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and their ad managers.
• Experience in paid campaigns, targeting, optimization and reporting.
• Ability to interpret analytics and convert data into actionable insights.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with attention to brand voice and positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Business or related field.
• Certifications in digital marketing / paid media / social media (preferred).

Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in social media marketing, including paid campaigns and brand growth (B2B / tech / services preferred).
