Japan With Adi (JWA) is looking for a highly energetic and creative Social Media Strategist who understands how to build brands, attract attention, and convert leads.If you live and breathe Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, content strategy, reels, audience growth, and digital storytelling, we want to talk to you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and grow the official JWA social media channels across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms Plan and execute content strategies that increase reach, engagement, and lead generation Create and maintain content calendars Research trends, viral formats, and new content opportunities Direct editors, designers, and creators on creative execution and content improvements Suggest what content should be shot, how it should be shot, and how it should be packaged for maximum impact Write content briefs, captions, hooks, scripts, and post copy Monitor analytics and continuously optimize content performance Help strengthen JWA’s brand positioning and online presence Generate qualified leads through organic content and platform growth

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Fresh graduates with strong social media understanding and enthusiasm Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in social media, content marketing, branding, or digital marketing People who understand audience psychology, storytelling, content distribution, and conversion-focused marketing Creative thinkers who can take ownership and bring fresh ideas to the table

WHAT WE OFFER
