Blog Brief

Come up with suitable blog topics for both websites based on products, trends, styling, occasions, and customer interests. Write original, engaging, and SEO-optimized blog posts that help improve reach, traffic, and product discovery. Match each blog with suitable premium-looking images using either our own content or external images if needed. Upload and publish blogs with proper formatting, headings, meta descriptions, alt text, and SEO practices. If a topic works for both websites, you may adapt the same blog differently for each website so it feels original and suited to the audience. Blogs should feel modern, informative, stylish, and naturally encourage customers to explore products on the website.

Remote Executive Assistant & Personal Branding Coordinator

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and organised full-time remote assistant based in India to support daily business operations and personal branding activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily business and operational tasks. Monitor staff performance including morning task sheets, end-of-day reports, daily updates, and follow-ups. Coordinate with team members and ensure tasks are completed on time. Handle small day-to-day tasks such as resizing images, writing captions, uploading stories/posts, organising content, and other admin support work. Support content and social media management across platforms. Assist in building and managing personal branding activities, content coordination, and online presence. Be available for quick coordination, follow-ups, and execution of tasks throughout the day.

Ideal Candidate

Organised, responsible, and proactive. Good communication and coordination skills. Comfortable with Instagram, Canva, Google Drive, WhatsApp, and basic content tasks. Able to multitask and handle fast-moving day-to-day operations. Interest in fashion, branding, social media, and business is a plus.

• Tracking blog performance & organic growth
• Internal linking between blogs/products
• Suggesting trending search topics
• Conduct trend and competitor research for content and campaigns.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns and promotional content.
• Monitor social media analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Research trending Bollywood/fashion/pop culture topics for engaging content ideas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
