Experience required: 3-6+ years (FMCG and preferably from a digital marketing or brand management agency)
About the Role We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing, posting, and creating content across major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Google Business Pages.
You will play a key role in content creation, brand visibility, content planning, and day-to-day execution, working closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistent and engaging communication across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day posting and content execution across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and Google Business Pages.
• Create and assist in creating content, including captions, reels, stories, short videos, carousels, and basic creatives.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate with design, content, and video teams.
• Monitor page activity, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with followers.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and formats to optimize reach and engagement.
• Assist in monthly analytics and performance reporting, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the creative team for campaign ideation and execution.
Requirements
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in managing multiple social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behaviour.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, etc. • Good written communication and caption-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Interest in content creation, brand storytelling, and digital marketing. Good to Have
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
• Familiarity with hashtags, trending topics, and content planning techniques.
• Exposure to social media analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
