About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on social media marketing, content strategy, audience engagement, brand communication, and digital growth.

In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to social media campaigns, content calendars, audience targeting, platform-specific content, community management, and engagement strategies, helping improve how AI models understand and optimize social media performance.

Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for content generation, digital marketing, audience analytics, brand management, and social media intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated social media content, campaign strategies, and engagement plans
• Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
• Assess AI outputs for content quality, platform relevance, audience engagement, creativity, brand alignment, and marketing effectiveness
• Identify content gaps, engagement issues, platform-specific mistakes, audience targeting weaknesses, or campaign risks in AI-generated recommendations and provide structured feedback
• Support workflows involving content planning, community management, social media analytics, influencer collaboration, and digital marketing campaigns
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on social media strategy and audience engagement

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, brand marketing, or related fields
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
• Experience creating content strategies, content calendars, engagement campaigns, and audience growth initiatives
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and performance tracking metrics
• Strong copywriting, communication, creativity, and storytelling skills
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated content and marketing recommendations critically
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
