Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and current trends
• Monitor social media performance and generate insights through analytics tools
• Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community management
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives and campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activities
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of reels, short-form content, and trending formats
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
