Objectives Of This Role
- Increase engagement across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms
- Build a stronger emotional connection between the brand and audience
- Acquire new followers and customers through strategic content planning
- Develop innovative social media campaigns aligned with fashion and lifestyle trends
- Improve brand visibility and ROI through targeted and consistent messaging
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities relevant to women’s fashion
- Analyze social media insights and optimize strategies for better performance
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
- Develop and execute creative campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and creative teams
- Manage daily social media activities including posts, stories, reels, and engagement
- Maintain the brand’s visual identity and tone across all channels
- Stay updated with current fashion, content, and social media trends
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular strategy improvements
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and photographers for content execution
- Create concepts for reels, influencer collaborations, product launches, and festive campaigns
- Engage with customers through comments, DMs, and community-building initiatives
