We’re a bold, creative, and slightly spicey boutique marketing agency specializing in F&B, fitness
jewellery, and lifestyle brands. At Spicey Guava, we don’t do boring things. We help businesses stand
out with scroll-stopping visuals and smart strategy.
We’re growing fast and are now on the lookout for a Experienced Social Media Manager &
Strategist who can independently lead multiple accounts, manage a team, and drive strategy and
execution across channels.
What You’ll Do
As Social Media Manager, you’ll lead 3–4 client accounts end-to-end and be responsible for building
strong brand presence, engagement, and growth.
Strategy & Planning
- Build monthly/quarterly social media content calendars and campaign ideas tailored to each
client.
- Lead the moodboard, creative direction, and strategy for client accounts within F&B, wellness,
and beauty.
- Contribute to broader brand and marketing strategies beyond social media execution.
Execution & Management
- Manage and lead client calls to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
- Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and the internal team for shoots, content edits, and deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring across Instagram and LinkedIn (if applicable).
Creative Production
- Work with photographers/videographers, attend shoots, and ensure content aligns with the
brand’s vision.
- Confidently step in front of the camera when needed for stories, reels, or behind-the-scenes
content.
- Edit video content (reels, short-form, or campaigns) using tools like InShot, VN, or equivalent.
Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the founder to build the agency’s page
- Partner directly with clients – present plans, report results, and build strong, long-term relationships.
Growth & Insights
- Track analytics, measure success, and provide actionable recommendations to grow reach,
engagement, and ROI.
- Stay on top of trends, tools, and cultural moments that can be adapted into creative
campaigns.
Commission
- If you bring in a client that converts, whether it’s your network or connection, get up to 10% of
their billing on the first month!
Who You Are
- 3–4 years of experience managing social media for brands (agency or brand experience preferred).
- Proven ability to independently handle multiple accounts across F&B, jewellery, fitness, or lifestyle categories.
- Strong grasp of social media trends, internet culture, and platform best practices. Also, able to shoot content on the phone if needed.
- Confident in client-facing roles – able to present ideas, explain results, and act as a trusted brand partner.
- Skilled in video editing tools (InShot, VN, or similar are a must) and comfortable using Canva/Adobe Suite.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented – capable of juggling multiple accounts while maintaining high quality.
- A natural leader who thrives on teamwork, feedback, and mentoring juniors.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera when required.Why Join Us?

Work structure (post 3-month probation):
- 5 days in-office at Andheri East (10:30 to 6:30)
- A monthly team outing sponsored by the company (from pottery and padel to anything the team decides!)
- Every alternate Saturday is working (till 3 pm)
