About Ab Digital
Ab Digital is a performance marketing consultancy running Meta and Google Ads campaigns for real estate developers, coaching businesses, and D2C brands across India. We don’t do vanity content. Everything we create has one job – to convert viewers into leads or buyers.
We are building a vetted network of freelance content creators to produce high-converting reels and ad content for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Writing scripts for 30–60 second reels optimised for paid ad performance – Filming yourself or coordinating shoots based on the brief we provide – Editing the final reel – captions, music, text overlays, hook, CTA – Creating content for real estate walkthroughs, coaching testimonials, and D2C product showcases – Delivering complete reels ready to run as Meta ads – not just organic content – Taking creative direction from briefs and turning them into scroll-stopping videos — Revising based on feedback within 24 hours
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of content creation experience with a portfolio to prove it – Strong on-camera presence OR strong behind-camera scripting and direction ability – Experience creating content that has actually run as a paid ad – not just organic posts – Understands the difference between content that entertains and content that converts – Can write a hook that stops someone mid-scroll in the first 2 seconds – Comfortable with Hinglish and English content – Hindi is a strong plus – Fast turnaround – 2–3 day delivery per reel maximum – Self-sufficient – you script, film, and edit independently
Content We Need For Our Clients
Real estate: property walkthrough reels, builder credibility videos, buyer testimonials – Coaching: transformation story reels, course preview content, webinar promotion videos – D2C: product showcase reels, unboxing content, before/after videos
This Is NOT The Right Role If
Your portfolio is only Instagram aesthetic content with no conversion angle – You need 7+ days to deliver one reel – You can’t write a script independently – you need everything briefed word by word – You only do on-camera work and can’t handle basic editing – You expect to work directly with clients instead of through us
Engagement Model
Freelance contract – per reel basis – Remote – work from anywhere in India – Rate: per reel delivered and approved – Consistent projects for creators who deliver quality on time – Long term relationship for the right person
