Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly connected and experienced Social Media & Reputation Management Expert who understands how online narratives are created, controlled, and improved.

This role is ideal for someone who has:

• Strong experience in handling online reputation and crisis situations
• Deep understanding of social media ecosystems
• A strong network of social media creators, influencers, publishers, meme pages, community admins, and engagement networks
• Experience managing public image for brands, founders, celebrities, politicians and HNIs

We need someone who knows how conversations move online and how to shape them positively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Reputation & Crisis Management

• Monitor and manage online reputation for brands, founders, HNIs, and public personalities on social media.
• Handle reputation crises across social media and video platforms including search engine’s relevant sections
• Create rapid response strategies during negative publicity or online attacks (Crisis Management)
• Manage narrative correction and positive brand positioning (For Individuals and Businesses)
• Coordinate with internal teams for reputation recovery campaigns
• Work with graphic and digital marketing team

1. Social Media Reputation Repair

• Improve brand perception across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and other platforms
• Plan and execute reputation-focused social media campaigns
• Create engagement strategies that build trust and positive sentiment
• Handle negative comments, trolling, and harmful discussions professionally

b. Video Platform Reputation Management

• Manage reputation repair campaigns on YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, and similar video platforms
• Work on visibility improvement of positive content
• Coordinate with creators, publishers, and digital communities
• Understand content reporting systems, moderation policies, and platform guidelines

c. Network & Community Management

• Maintain and grow a strong network of:
• Influencers
• Social media page owners
• Community admins
• Content creators
• Digital publishers
• Meme pages
• Engagement networks
• PR and amplification contacts
• Coordinate with trusted networks to support positive brand conversations online
• Help amplify brand voice through strategic digital relationships

d. HNI & Personal Brand Reputation Handling

• Manage online presence and reputation for HNIs, founders, executives, and public-facing individuals
• Understand the sensitivity required in high-profile reputation cases
• Build and maintain positive online narratives for personal brands
• Ensure communication remains professional, discreet, and reputation-safe

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
• Social Media Management
• Online Reputation Management (ORM)
• Crisis Communication
• Social Media Reputation Repair
• Social Media Reputation Defender
• Strong understanding of:
• Social media algorithms
• Online audience behavior
• Viral trends and narrative building
• Brand sentiment analysis
• Existing network within the social media ecosystem is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations calmly
