When it is time to unplug, guests can dive into our massive board game library, ranging from casual party games to complex strategy titles. We also feature a smart, IoT-based dining experience that allows guests to order directly from their table without interrupting work or play. Through regular community events, meetups, tournaments, and networking sessions, we are building a strong hub of connection for professionals, gamers, and friends alike.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Internship based in Chennai. You will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, creation, and publishing of engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Brainstorm and produce daily engaging posts, Reels, and Stories highlighting our co-working features, intense board game moments, events, and food experiences.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all digital touchpoints.
• Community Management: Monitor comments and messages, interact actively with our online community, and respond to basic inquiries to build positive engagement.
• Campaign Support: Assist in running digital campaigns and brand collaborations.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics and prepare simple, actionable reports on reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• On-the-Ground Coverage: Coordinate with the operations and events teams to capture real-time photo/video content during peak hours, special events, and in-cafe happenings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Marketing Foundation: Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media/Digital Marketing, with a high motivation to learn and experiment with new trends and tools.
• Storytelling & Copywriting: Ability to create compelling social media content, including basic copywriting, visual storytelling, and familiarity with short-form video formats.
• Strategic Understanding: General understanding of marketing principles and how social media drives brand awareness, community building, and customer engagement.
• Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, VN, or other mobile editing apps) is highly preferred.
• Communication: Effective written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is a strong plus.
• Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Culture Fit: A genuine interest in co-working, board games, food & beverage, or community events is a major advantage.
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
