- Ideate, schedule, and publish content consistently across social media platforms
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and help build online communities
Content
- Monitor social media trends and competitor accounts to identify timely content opportunities
- Oversee the creation of captions, threads, reels, and short-form content aligned with campaign tone and messaging
Paid Ads & Analytics
- Track and report key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and post performance
- Measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics
*What We’re Looking For*
- Interest in current affairs is preferred
- Basic understanding of paid digital advertising
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Photoshop is a plus
- Comfort using AI tools for content creation is a plus
- Proficiency in regional languages is preferred (Kannada, Hindi, and other regional languages)
- Organised, consistent, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field (plus)
