Social Media Marketing Specialist – Fully Remote (Service Contract) Full Time

We operate in the Canadian tourism and luxury transportation industry through the brands TourBeez, Limo Royal, GTA Coach & Niagara Falls Tour. We provide reliable, well-coordinated travel and transportation services to individuals, corporate clients, and groups.

What You’ll Do?

• Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
• Work with designers & writers to produce reels, graphics, videos, and captions
• Manage daily posting using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer & Meta Business Suite
• Monitor trends, competitors, and viral content opportunities
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and reviews
• Collaborate with influencers & content creators for brand campaigns
• Manage influencer partnerships (briefs, approvals, performance tracking)
• Track performance metrics and prepare simple monthly reports
• Support paid social media campaigns with creative coordination
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms

What We’re Looking For?

• 2 – 4years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current trends
• Experience creating engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Experience working with influencers or content creators is a strong advantage
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
