We are looking for a creative and results-driven social media management specialist to handle and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media pages, executing marketing campaigns, running ads, and collaborating with teams to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Manage and maintain social media pages across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and campaign execution
• Handle audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions
• Implement platform-specific strategies (especially Instagram growth and engagement tactics)
• Support email marketing and lead nurturing activities when required
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest innovative ideas
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns and maintain content calendars
