Social Media & Online Growth Partner Full Time

Calyco Paints is looking for a practical, creative and business-minded person to help build its online paint and painting-services business. This role is for someone with a few years of relevant practical experience who can manage social media, create simple campaigns, generate leads and help convert online interest into customer enquiries.

This is not an offline-store role. Calyco is building through website, social media, WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, online ads, quote forms and digital lead follow-up.

What the Person Will Help Build

·  An online painting service flow where customers can request estimates, site visits and painting support through digital channels.

·  Lead generation campaigns for homeowners, painters, contractors, dealers, distributors and architects.

·  Simple content systems for reels, posts, stories, WhatsApp creatives, product education and before/after painting content.

·  Website improvement ideas inspired by AapkaPainter-style logic: quote forms, cost estimate flow, service packages, follow-up process and city/service landing pages.

·  A basic lead tracker so every enquiry is captured, followed up and reported clearly.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp Business and Google Business Profile.

· Create weekly content plans for paint products, painting services and dealer/distributor campaigns.

· Make simple Canva creatives, reel ideas, captions, carousel concepts, WhatsApp messages and basic ad copy.

· Support online lead generation through Meta ads, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, forms and Google Business Profile enquiries.

· Analyse competitor painting-service websites and prepare short action points for Calyco.

· Coordinate with designer, video editor, website developer, sales team and painter/service partners when needed.

· Send daily WhatsApp updates and maintain weekly performance/lead reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· A few years of good practical experience in social media, digital marketing, local business marketing or online lead generation.

· Not a complete fresher; must have handled at least one business page, campaign or content calendar before.

· Good Canva skills and basic understanding of reels, hooks, captions, carousels and short-form content.

· Basic Meta Ads knowledge is preferred; willingness to learn quickly is important.

·Comfortable using ChatGPT/AI tools for captions, content ideas, competitor research and quick campaign drafts.

· Good Hindi communication with basic English writing ability.

· Remote-work discipline: daily updates, fast execution, clear reporting and ownership.

Partnership / Commercial Model

No salary figure will be disclosed in the public post. Commercial terms will be discussed privately with shortlisted candidates. The model can be structured as performance-linked compensation, commission, revenue share, bonus per converted lead, or a hybrid retainer-plus-performance arrangement depending on the candidate’s ability and commitment.

· Candidate must be comfortable with measurable targets and transparent reporting.

· Trial/evaluation period can be used before finalising long-term commercial terms.

· Best suited for someone who wants to grow with an early-stage online paint and painting-services brand.
