Social Media (SMM) – Generalist Full Time

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and AI-savvy Generalist to join our team.

This is not a pure social media role. We’re looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, help us grow our online presence, engage our community, and support various content and communication initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Create basic social media posts/videos, and content assets
• Schedule and publish content across platforms
• Assist with community engagement and audience interactions
• Write app notifications, WhatsApp broadcasts, and engagement messages
• Help manage WhatsApp groups and online communities
• Research trends, content ideas, and growth opportunities
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and content creation

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Good written communication skills
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Organized and detail-oriented

Bonus Points

• Basic video editing skills
• Experience working with startups, creators, or online businesses
