Social Media Specialist
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused Social Media Specialist to manage and scale the brand’s digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of social media trends, content execution, influencer collaborations, and community engagement while being comfortable managing both online and on-ground brand activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels
• Plan and execute engaging content ideas aligned with brand campaigns, trends, and audience behaviour
• Coordinate and manage shoots whenever required, including shoot planning, execution support, and content coordination
• Handle influencer collaborations, creator outreach, and coordination activities
• Build and manage brand collaborations with clubs, cafes, communities, events, gyms, and relevant partners
• Work on increasing engagement, followers, reach, and overall brand visibility across platforms
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and marketing teams for smooth content execution
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, competitor activities, and trending content ideas
• Manage community engagement including comments, DMs, audience interaction, and social media communication
• Assist in campaign ideation, product launches, and digital branding initiatives
• Monitor content performance, engagement insights, and platform growth regularly
• Support execution of on-ground marketing and influencer-related activities whenever required
Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, audience engagement, and social media growth strategies
• Good communication, networking, and coordination skills
• Creative mindset with strong execution ability and ownership approach
• Comfortable with shoots, influencer handling, collaborations, and on-ground brand activities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Good understanding of content planning and digital branding
Preferred Skills
• Influencer handling and collaboration management experience
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and campaign performance tracking
• Experience in brand tie-ups, partnerships, and community building
• Strong sense of content trends, aesthetics, storytelling, and social media positioning
• Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred
