The Role

We are looking for a highly visual, hands-on Content Specialist to execute Brick Brown’s online aesthetic. Operating out of our dedicated Gurgaon studio, you will be the guardian of our “quiet luxury” brand voice. You will execute the visual calendar, lead shoots, manage influencer relationships, handle daily posting, and ensure the brand looks and feels flawless everywhere it shows up online.

What You Will Do

• Execute the Content Engine: Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across all platforms from Instagram to Pinterest to LinkedIn.
• Lead shoot days: Leading shoot days in our studio. brief photographers, direct on set, ensure output matches our high-end editorial vision.
• Daily Brand Presence: Handle daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement with a consistent, premium brand voice.
• Influencer Execution: Identify, brief, and manage influencer collaborations that strictly align with our aesthetic.
• Visual Merchandising: Manage product listing imagery and our presence on discovery platforms (e.g., Pinterest).
• Analyze & Adapt: Track social performance (engagement, views) and aggressively double down on what works.

What We Need

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in content, social media, or creative roles at a premium D2C brand (home, lifestyle, or fashion preferred).
• The “Eye”: A portfolio that proves a strong understanding of editorial, minimalist, and upscale aesthetics. (Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed).
• Production Chops: Experience directing shoots and briefing photographers.
• Agile Creator: Highly comfortable shooting and editing on mobile for real-time, behind-the-scenes content needs.
• Highly Organized: You thrive managing multiple platforms, and a high-volume launch calendar simultaneously.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon
