Our work goes beyond planning posts as we actively conceptualize, produce, shoot, and execute content for brands across formats. Team members are involved in the full production pipeline including ideation, shoot planning, on-ground execution, and post-production coordination. This role offers direct exposure to real client shoots, creator collaborations, and the behind-the-scenes of how digital content is produced at scale.
Job Profile:
We are hiring a Team Lead to manage a small team of social executives, editors, videographers, and external creators. This role involves leading content production, managing social media accounts, coordinating shoots, and handling client communication.
You will own projects end-to-end from idea to execution.
Performance Expectations:
• Lead internal team resources such as editors and social media associates/ trainees and external resources such as videographers, performance marketers, etc.
• Manage and grow assigned social media accounts.
• Drive ideation, idea books, and content calendars along with the required stakeholders within the team.
• Handle shoot logistics including timelines, locations, props, creator coordination, approvals and production requirements.
• Oversee post-production and provide edit feedback.
• Ensure content quality, aesthetics, storytelling and brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Coordinate directly with clients for approvals, content planning and execution updates.
• Research content trends, production innovations, AI tools, and workflow automations to improve creative efficiency and output quality.
• Track performance, reporting and optimize content.
• Campaign strategisation, execution and supervision for all accounts within the team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media or a related role (experience leading small teams or projects is a plus).
• Strong communication, coordination, and basic people-management skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Strong interest and exposure to content production, shoots, and creative workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
