Job Summary
We’re seeking a creative and experienced Content Video Editor to develop high-quality video content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent editing skills, and a passion for storytelling through video. They should also have hands-on experience with AI-powered editing tools and workflows, as some projects will involve AI-assisted video editing, content enhancement, and creative asset generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Edit and finalize video content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
2. Collaborate with social media team, agents, and other stakeholders to develop video content concepts.
3. Work with raw footage, photos, and other assets to create engaging video stories.
4. Ensure video content is optimized for each social media platform, including format, length, and captions.
5. Add music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance video content.
6. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with video trends, styles, and best practices.
7. Manage and maintain video content calendars, ensuring timely publication and distribution of content.
8. Analyze video performance metrics and provide insights to improve future content.
9. Use and stay up to date with AI-based video editing, content generation, and enhancement tools to streamline production processes and deliver high-quality content.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, or a related field.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong understanding of storytelling principles and video production techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation best practices.
Familiarity with video editing software and tools
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
Hands-on experience with AI-powered editing tools
