Position: Software Tester / QA Tester (Healthcare IT)

Experience: 0–3 Years
Location: Vellore

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand application requirements, especially related to hospital workflows (OPD, IPD, billing, EMR)
• Prepare test cases and execute manual testing for healthcare applications
• Perform functional, regression, and usability testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira
• Validate bug fixes and ensure system quality before release
• Work closely with developers and hospital teams to understand real-time issues
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in patient-related systems

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in software testing (freshers can apply)

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC
• Knowledge of manual testing concepts
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Bugzilla
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL queries)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Healthcare Knowledge (Preferred):

• Basic understanding of hospital systems such as:
• EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
• HIS (Hospital Information System)
• OPD/IPD workflows
• Awareness of data privacy and patient confidentiality
• Exposure to healthcare domain projects or internships is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of automation tools like Selenium
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman

• Willingness to learn healthcare systems and workflows

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
